Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard shipping — $5.99 flat rate, delivered in 3–5 business days.
- Free standard shipping — on all orders over $99.00.
- Express shipping — available at checkout, delivered in 1–2 business days.
- International shipping — calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times vary by region (5–12 business days).
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details — or you can track your order here any time.
Delays & Undeliverable Addresses
While we always aim to deliver on time, customs clearance (international orders), public holidays and remote locations can occasionally add a few days. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at argonova@aimgroupglobal.com and we will replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
